Sascha Scott

Sascha Scott’s course will address key themes of the American West, such as the frontier, ethnography, and Manifest Destiny. It will present, through paintings, advertising, spectacles, photographs, and illustrations, the ways in which the West was mythologized and the important connections between art, tourism, and the formation of our national identity.
