Paul J. Lioy



Paul Lioy is internationally known for his expertise in exposure science—the study of the effects on humans of exposure to environmental pollutants and toxins—and served as one of the first presidents of the International Society of Exposure Analysis. He has not only published prolifically in his field, but has an extraordinary record of public service on dozens of government, professional and industrial committees. Dr. Lioy is Vice Chair of the Department of Environmental and Occupational Medicine at UMDNJ, and active in the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute.
