Shannon Galbraith-Kent
(Ecology and Evolution)

Ms. Galbraith-Kent is an outstanding classroom teacher, a spectacularly successful participant in the GK-12 program that paired her with middle school teachers, and a fine scholar about to defend her dissertation on invasive species. She is passionate about teaching, having served as a TA leader in General Biology and Plant Ecology, while also giving several lectures, organizing field trips, and revising the lab manual.
