• The deadline for Academic, Research, Weisblat, and Team Award nominations is Friday, February 11, 2005. The deadline for registering for the Science Communication Awards is Friday, April 1, 2005.


• Nominations may include additional support materials in an appendix to the standard nomination materials. Do not submit entire articles—abstracts will suffice.


• Nominations for the awards may come from any colleague or student of Cook College/NJAES.


• Award recommendations will be kept confidential. After all awards are announced, opportunities will be taken to give award recipients broad publicity within and outside the college and university.


• Awards will be announced and presented at the Cook College/NJAES Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 28, 2005.
