David Brian AbramsA distinguished figure in basic and applied research on addictive behavior, Dr. Abrams is the Founding Director of the Centers for Behavioral and Preventive Medicine at Brown University, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research at the National Institutes of Health. He is a Fellow and past president of the Society of Behavioral Medicine and an extraordinarily prolific contributor to books and journals in his field and has served on many national boards, panels, and committees. He is widely recognized for the breadth and vision of his research contributions. |
